Shopper Interaction is a tool created and developed at MIC, to be used by the Marketing department for several clients. It allows to create market studies and segmentation. To achieve that, the app send forms to multiple users to collect info. That form or message is in fact a challenge or a game sent to the desired target and that are associated with tags that return valuable information for the company.

- Definition of new functionalities
- Definition of navigation flows between screens
- I proposed improvements at the usability level
- Wireframes
- I consulted with the project developer on technical limitations
- I consulted with the marketing department on sales strategies and product improvements
- I’ve iterated until I got the best solution
- Visual design of the entire application
- Responsive design for tablet and mobile
- I have proposed interaction tools on tablet and mobile to view jpg and simulate navigation
